It exists to keep our network safe, reliable and fair for every customer. By using our Services you agree to this AUP. Prohibited Content Content that is illegal under applicable law. Child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities without exception. Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights. Malware, phishing pages, or material designed to harm or deceive others. Content that incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups. Prohibited Activities Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email from our network. Hacking, port scanning, denial-of-service attacks or any attempt to breach security — ours or anyone else's. Running activities that abuse shared resources and degrade service for other customers. Distributing botnets, cryptominers or other resource-abusing software without authorization. Reselling or sharing the Services in violation of your plan terms. Resource Usage Shared hosting is designed for normal website workloads. Accounts that consistently consume disproportionate CPU, memory or I/O may be asked to optimize or move to a VPS or dedicated server to protect other customers on the same node. Email Policy You may only send email to recipients who have agreed to receive it. Mailing lists must be permission-based, with a working unsubscribe option. We may apply sending limits to protect our IP reputation. Enforcement When we receive a report or detect a violation, we investigate and may remove content, suspend, or terminate the account depending on severity. Where practical we contact you first, but we may act immediately to protect our network or comply with the law.
