30-Day Money-Back on Hosting
Eligible shared hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund of the hosting fee — no interrogation. If you registered a domain through us with your plan, the domain registration fee is not refundable. If your plan came with a free domain, we deduct that domain's regular price from your refund. Either way, the domain stays yours to keep or transfer.
What Is Not Refundable
- Domain registrations and transfers, including a free domain that came with your plan — once a domain is registered, the registry fee cannot be reversed.
- SSL certificates once issued.
- VPS, dedicated servers and management fees beyond any stated trial or guarantee window.
- Setup fees and administrative charges.
- Renewals — please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Renewals
The money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, not to renewals. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your client area before the next billing date.
How to Request a Refund
Open a ticket from your client area or email us. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, or by an agreed local method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
Abuse
The guarantee is offered in good faith. We may decline refunds where the policy is being abused or where the account violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
